These terms cover reading Jeluvi and reusing its templates. The short version: copy the templates into your own outreach, check anything that affects a legal or financial decision, and link to a page when you quote it. Last updated Sep 17, 2026.
What you can do, and what the pages are.
You can reuse the templates.
Every email, LinkedIn message and call script template on the site may be copied and adapted for your own sales and outreach, including inside your company's tools. Rewrite the placeholders and the first line for each recipient.
Quote with a link, do not republish.
The guides, definitions and tables are written for Jeluvi. Short quotes with a link to the page are welcome. Republishing whole pages, or large parts of them, on another site is not allowed without written permission.
The pages are information, not advice.
Pages that mention laws such as CAN-SPAM, platform rules such as LinkedIn's user agreement, or contracts describe them in plain terms and link to the source. They are not legal advice. Check the source, or a lawyer, before a decision that depends on it.
Rules and limits change.
Platforms change their limits and features without notice. Each page shows the date it was last checked. If you find something out of date, report it through the contact page and it will be corrected.
Links to other sites
Pages link to the sources they rely on and to other sites where useful. Those sites are not controlled by Jeluvi, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Partner content is labeled.
When a page is produced with a partner, it says so on the page, as described on the partner page. Rankings and recommendations on the site are not for sale.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. Pages are checked with care, but Jeluvi does not guarantee that every page is complete, current or suited to your situation, and is not liable for losses from relying on it, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
When the terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. Using the site after that means the new terms apply.
