One address, answered within a working week.

Report an error on a page, ask about a term that is missing, or talk about a partnership. Say which page you mean and the line, and the reply comes with the fix or the answer.

Pick the reason
Report an error

A wrong limit, a stale number, a broken template. Fixed within a working week and logged on the about page.

Ask for a term or a guide

If you looked something up and it was not here, say what you searched for. Missing terms go on the plan.

Partnerships

Sales and outreach tools appear on Jeluvi in one labeled way. How partners appear explains what is included.

Email

[email protected]. Same inbox as the form, same reply time.

Your details are used to answer this message and for nothing else.
What to include

So the first reply is the fix.

A message with these four things gets answered with the correction, not with a question.

For an errorThe URL, the line, and what it should say

Paste the sentence as it appears. If you have the source that shows the right value, link it. LinkedIn limits and tool pricing change often, so the date you saw it helps.

For a missing termWhat you typed into the search

The exact phrase, not a category. If the term exists under a different name, the reply points to it. If it does not, it goes on the plan with your phrasing.

For a partnershipThe tool, one line, and a link

What it does and which section it belongs to. The partner page explains the three placements, so the reply can go straight to fit and pricing.

For anything elseThe page you were on, if there was one

Citation requests, press questions, and reuse of a diagram all get answered. A link to the page you mean saves a round of email.

  1. Read, the same day it arrives.

Every message is read by Marko Ristić, who owns Jeluvi. There is no ticket system and no auto-reply.

  2. Answered within a working week.

Corrections are usually faster. Partnership replies include fit, the placements that apply, and pricing.

  3. Fixed and logged.

A corrected page shows the new date of last check, and the change is listed in the corrections log.

Quick answers

Before you write.

Can I reuse a template in my own sequences or training?

Yes. Templates are free to copy, edit and send, including inside a team playbook. No permission needed and no credit required, though a link back is appreciated.

Can I cite a definition or a diagram?

Yes. Cite the page URL and the date of last check shown on it. Diagrams can be reproduced with a link to the page they come from. Please do not present a Jeluvi example as a benchmark.

Do you offer consulting or write sequences for teams?

Yes. Besides the guides, Jeluvi runs LinkedIn outreach, cold email and B2B lead generation for B2B teams. Each page shows how the work runs and has its own inquiry form.

Do you write for other sites?

No. Everything written here is written for Jeluvi. Partner placements on this site are arranged one at a time through the partner page.

Where is the newsletter?

There is none yet. The 10-day cadence kit is one email, sent once to people who ask for it. If a newsletter starts, it will be opt-in and one click to leave.

Press and interviews?

Write to the same address with the outlet and the topic. Questions about a specific page are answered in writing with the sources the page uses.
